We have an international team of experienced professionals who are experts in project management, financial management, IT and research and development.
Our CEO, with a background both in Kazakhstan and Europe, brings a unique perspective to our company, allowing us to understand and cater to the needs of both local and international clients.
In addition, we are able to find and hire experts from all around the world to ensure that we have the best team for each project. We manage projects in a wide range of fields including, but not limited to, production of goods and services, green technology, fintech and more.

The story of our CEO

Aizhan Kuatbayeva, our company’s CEO, has had a diverse and accomplished career in the business world. With more than 10 years of experience working in big international companies in Kazakhstan, she developed a strong background in business development. However, in 2020, she decided to take on a new challenge and move to Italy where she lived between Italy and Germany for two years. During this time, she gained valuable insights and experience in the European market.

She offers business consultations and project management services to clients all around the world who are targeting the Central Asian market. Her goal is to use her experience and understanding of the needs and wants of both the Kazakh and European markets to help her country to develop and grow.

Aizhan's unique background of living and working in four different countries including Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany and Italy has given her a deep understanding of the cultural, economic, and social differences between these two worlds. HOW WE WORK

Kuat Solutions has a comprehensive client onboarding procedure that ensures a smooth and efficient transition for new clients.

The process begins with an initial consultation, where the company's representatives meet with the client to understand their needs and goals. During this consultation, we provide an overview of the company's services and answer any questions the client may have.

Next, the client is asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire that provides the company with important information about the client's business, such as their products or services, target market, and current marketing efforts. This information is used to develop a customized plan of action that is tailored to the client's unique needs.

After the questionnaire is complete, the client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a primary point of contact throughout all the process. The account manager works closely with the client to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed, such as service agreements and non-disclosure agreements. They also schedule follow-up meetings to address any questions or concerns and provide updates on the progress of the onboarding process.
